THE NATIONAL PROBLEM 2025

WHY ARE WE LOSING THE CULTURE AND SPIRITUAL WAR.

When this website started in 2020, we faced a viral pandemic killing thousands then a million people in the U.S.; Governors and Mayors shutting down economies, businesses going bankrupt; governments mandating medication on people, millions losing their jobs; rising suicides and domestic violence; racial tensions mounting; riots and crime rising in the streets as politicians promoting lawlessness, raging inflation, government and media cancelling freedom of speech, freedom of religion and more.

THE PANDEMIC IS OVER – AND THERE’S A NEW GOVERNMENT – BUT GOVERNMENT CONTROL AND THREAT TO FREEDOM IS STILL THERE.

Throughout history politicians and the elite have used crises to seize total control over people’s freedoms assuming they know better how to run everyone’s lives than the people themselves. “You never let a serious crisis go to waste” (Rahm Emanuel, U.S. congressman, White House Chief of Staff , Mayor of Chicago, U.S. Ambassador to Japan). Sometimes a sudden shift in popular opinion can enable good policies, but more often it is used to give the few greater and greater control.

Today we have a new administration that is seeking to reverse many of the radical decisions of the previous administration. But there is the peril of the pendulum that in an effort to bring the country back to neutral they will overreact. And even more dangerous the extreme activists from the previous administration who will protest, march, yell, scream, sloganeer, ad hominem attack, damage property, pervert the news, and browbeat till they get their way. There is nothing they won’t do to get their way and all their agenda back. To them the ends justify the means. They still want policies like these

– freedom of speech being cancelled by government, mainstream and social media and corporations,
– freedom of religion being restricted or cancelled by government and media
– using planted operatives still within the Justice system, judges, District Attorneys to get their way.
– Using radical governors, mayors to change election rules
– seeing to force the public to deny that God made mankind as only male or female,
– giving the rights of parents over their children to “progressive” educational organizations
– encouraging children to change gender or gender identity without the knowledge of parents
– forcing progressive schools to teach racism and revisionist history as part of the school curriculum,
– aborting the preborn in the name of personal selfish choice and forcing others to agree.
– Mayors and governors, district attorneys who refuse to enforce laws for partisan power.
– Opposing the deportation of vicious foreign, criminals under the guise never ending “due process”.
– Judges who no longer applying the written laws, but ignore or rewrite them
– Increasing lawlessness because some district attorneys will not prosecute crime
– continuing chaos in our cities because the previous administration refused to enforce the border.
– though decreased, drug and human trafficking at our border has decreased it has left a huge problem.
– hundreds, maybe thousands of embedded foreign gangs and sleeper terrorists in our cities.
– a national media that doesn’t hold politicians accountable for crimes to protect the partisan power.
– an unobjective, totally biased & agenda driven media that persecutes anyone who disagrees with them.
– Constant lies (spinning) about what government is really doing to hide agendas and mislead the public.
– Corporate CEO’s promoting “progressive” “woke” ill-conceived causes in opposition to their customers.
– a push by some special interest groups with communist ties to abolish the nuclear family.
– a breakdown in family and friend relationships egged on by hateful political groups & TV shows.
– Radical opposition to stop reckless government overspending leading the U.S. to bankruptcy.
– exploding national, state, corporate, personal debt causing economic collapse in the next 20 years.
– financial institutions and brokers cheating openly to aggrandize themselves with no real SEC oversight.
– Radical Opposition to policies that would deal with countries like Iran China that would destroy us.
– Universities and cities marching in favor of the genocide of Israel & support of antisemitism.
– and these problems happening worldwide with all countries.

And there are many more fractures in our society. It’s hard to watch the news without getting very upset. Our electoral system is very fragile and under a continual barrage of misinformation from the press the public could be fooled again. So what are we to do as Christians.

As Christians we are told:
Let everyone be subject to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which God has established. The authorities that exist have been established by God. 2 Consequently, whoever rebels against the authority is rebelling against what God has instituted, and those who do so will bring judgment on themselves. (Romans 13:1-2)

And this was written by the apostle Paul at the height of the dictatorial Roman rule.

So, do we just give up, lie down and do nothing. No, we are told to fight injustice.

“Learn to do good; seek justice, correct oppression.” Isaiah 1:17

If not with violence. How? One hymn in popular use today says it succinctly

“WHEN WE FIGHT WE FIGHT ON OUR KNEES WITH OUR HANDS LIFTED HIGH”

When all I see is the battle, You see my victory
When all I see is the mountain, You see a mountain moved
And as I walk through the shadow, Your love surrounds me
There’s nothing to fear now for I am safe with You
So when I fight, I’ll fight on my knees With my hands lifted high
Oh God, the battle belongs to You And every fear I lay at Your feet
I’ll sing through the night Oh God, the battle belongs to You

It was the prayer of Hezekiah that called on the Lord for deliver from the mighty Assyrian Army.
That night the Angel of the Lord slew 185,000 of them. And the king fled to his home country and was killed by relatives. (Isaiah 36 and 37)

It was the prayer of Jehoshaphat and the Israelites and sending the worship teams in front of the Israeli soldiers in the face of the VAST Moabite and Ammonite armies that would destroy them, that led to the Lord to having those two armies instead fight and destroy each other.

It was the prayer of Moses when the Israelites fleeing the mighty Egyptian army and trapped by the Red Sea, that led God to part the sea, allow the Israelites to cross the sea on dry ground, and then cause the sea to overflow and drown the Egyptian army. (Exodus 14)

Our battle for Christian truth and justice against a few politicians, District attorneys, judges, school officials, CEO’s, and financial interests pose no real threat to God’s people, if we fight according to His way… BY PRAYER.

Why do the nations conspire and the peoples plot in vain?
The kings of the earth rise up and the rulers band together
against the Lord and against his anointed, saying,
“Let us break their chains and throw off their shackles.”
The One enthroned in heaven laughs; the Lord scoffs at them.
He rebukes them in his anger and terrifies them in his wrath, saying,
“I have installed my king on Zion, my holy mountain.” Psalm 2:1-6

God has installed King Jesus “at his right hand in the heavenly realms, far above all rule and authority, power and dominion, and every name that is invoked, not only in the present age but also in the one to come.” (Ephesians 1:20-21)

We are to win the battle IN PRAYER and humble trust in our Lord.

I urge, then, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for all people— for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness. This is good, and pleases God our Savior, 4 who wants all people to be saved and to come to a knowledge of the truth. (I Timothy 2:1-3)

Fortunately we have a new administration that is seeking to reverse many of the wrongs from the previous administration. But this administration are mere men and women and there is an unscrupulous opposition party that will pounce and every mistake and seek to undermine even the good policies of the current administration all for political power. And even beyond that there is a spiritual, supernatural opposition from the dark side that seeks to undermine the morals of a nation, particularly a nation that has as many true Christians as the U.S. and had been such a strong proponent of international evangelism. What is the mistake we as Christians could make and give the opposition the victory?

PRAYERLESSNESS!

We are still a nation descending into a post-Christian malaise like Europe which once was the shining bright beacon of the Reformation. We will be disappointed if we merely depend our own strength or a new administration of men and women, rather than pray and trust in the Lord. Many times in the Bible Israelites lost because they trusted in their own strength rather than their God.

Today will we trust in a new administration, in our own intellect, in our arguments, in our financial giving, in our courts, in our marches, in our conservative media.

It is only as II Chronicles 7:14 says,
if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.

How long will we not pray fervently, regularly, daily for God to intervene.

When King Ahab was leading all Israel astray, one man, Elijah prayed that God would punish the land with drought till they turned back to Him,

“Elijah was a human being, even as we are. He prayed earnestly that it would not rain, and it did not rain on the land for three and a half years. Again he prayed, and the heavens gave rain, and the earth produced its crops.” James 5:17,18

Jesus says if the Holy Spirit causes even two or three believers to agree on anything in prayer:
“Again, truly I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything they ask for, it will be done for them by my Father in heaven. 20 For where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them.” (Matthew 18:19,20)

How could one man chase a thousand, or two put ten thousand to flight, unless their Rock had sold them, unless the Lord had given them up? (Deuteronomy 32:30)

We don’t need guns or marches – the combined power of true Christians praying unleashes the power of God which is unstoppable.

The only questions are, are you moved enough to start praying fervently for God to fight for us? And do you believe and trust in our God to act on our behalf? “Because without faith it is impossible to please Him.” Hebrews 11:6

The 2024 election Is over but there are tens of millions of people in our country who still support immoral policies in the name of some radical agenda, and they won’t be persuaded by mere logic because at the root of their believe is a moral flaw in their hearts. Their hearts need to be changed.
Are you willing to gather other believes to pray daily for our God to stop the evil that is coming over our country, to change peoples’ hearts with a revival, or to remove those who resist from power and replace them with Godly men and women. Or are you still fooled by Satan that we can overcome this vast army against us with our own politics and power.

We were saved spiritually by God’s grace from the power of sin (Ephesians 2:8,9) and we are constantly being saved from evil and the schemes of Satan by God’s Spirit. Paul chides the Galatians and us:

“Are you so foolish? After beginning by means of the Spirit, are you now trying to finish by means of the flesh?” (Galatians 3:3)

We still have special interest groups state and national governments, courts, universities, corporations that continue to gradually insert Satan’s lies in our laws and our literature.

Will you join and encourage other true believers to join the onward Christian soldiers marching as to this cultural war through our prayers. Will you spend even just one minute a day in prayer to join myself, and maybe two or three or maybe ten or a hundred, or a thousand or a hundred thousand, or a million or a hundreds of millions of believers worldwide to stop this secularization of our nation and our world. The power Christians calling on God in prayer is unstoppable. No powerful government officials, or rich “woke” billionaires, or PR firms, or massive media networks, or collection of educational organizations or secular universities can stop the prayers of God’s people. One true fervent praying believer and Jesus is not only a majority, but an overwhelming victory.

“Lord Jesus. You see the creeping evil in our nation and our world. You know we cannot defeat it by ourselves. We pray for your mighty hand to utterly defeat the forces of darkness as you did many times in the past. Please raise up army of fervent praying believers not merely to fight the cultural war, but to win many souls for Jesus’ Kingdom. Jesus, you say the harvest is plentiful but the workers are few, and that not to first up recruitment but to “Pray the Lord of the harvest to send forth laborers into the harvest”. Lord we pray that you would raise up a mighty army of prayer warriors to fight these attacks by Satan on our society and world so we can win as many souls for your kingdom as we can. In Jesus name, we pray, Amen.”
